Beginning in November, 2010, Californians Aware began a statewide public information audit of over 250 public education agencies throughout California. After over a month of correspondence and document collection, CalAware has scored each agency on their compliance with both the California Public Records Act and the Political Reform Act. The results were so interesting for each type of agency that we decided to publish them separately and distinctly, as follows:

SOS to All Attorneys
CalAware Members can use our Solicitation of Service (SOS) form to describe their legal problem and request an attorney’s response regarding representation or other services, and have that request sent in an individual email to every attorney in the Directory, setting a deadline for response.
